would love to see the back of these buttons to see how tidy it is. I have been using benchpress but want something that will make the buttons better as am wasting a number with mylar not catching properly. Do you recommend metal or plastic. I am making for the collectors market mainly, so I thought metal but I hear plastic does a better job. Your comments would be appreciated.
I will post some pictures of the the backs of the buttons. They are much tighter and smoother than the buttons made from the Badge-a-Minit Bench Press. It’s pretty unpredictable with the bench press, since you have to make sure everything is done the same way every time.
If your mylar is”not catching properly”, then you need to make sure you are applying even pressure when you push down on the red piece. Uneven pressure allows one side to get pushed down first, which causes more to move to one side.
