I am having a hell of a time finding 1.25 inch button parts with white plastic pinbacks. On ebay I found the buttons I want but not the right size. If anyone knows of where I can order these, please let me know!
White plastic pinbacks sound like they are the type that have to be in mm sizing.
I don’t know where to find those at this time. Sorry.
How can I identify my button maker so I can get instructions? My mother in law gave it to me long ago and she does not even remember that she did that. It is a bench top model with no names or identifying numbers anywhere! The die parts are anodized red gold and blue on the 3″ one and the 2 1/4 ” is black, with a bottom that is cut out like a wagon wheel. The bigger one has 3 pieces that separate and a spring in the bottom piece. The smaller one has a spring as well, but only two of the parts separate. The numbers 1, 2 and 3 are on the bottoms with 1 and 2 on the tops as if they indicate assembly steps. Can you help or direct me to someone who can? Thanks in advance. Cecile
Sorry it took me awhile to get back to you. The machine you are describing is a Mr. Button machine. You can contact them by visiting http://www.mrbutton.com.
I don’t have the instructions for that machine.
